Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over £70. (UK only)

Domestic Shipping (UK) We ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and Evri. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide using Royal Mail and Evri international services. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
